DMCA Takedown Notice Policy

1. Introduction
xtremeass.com is an adult content platform operated by a legally registered company based in Panama. While not subject to U.S. jurisdiction or the DMCA, we voluntarily follow a takedown process similar to it to support copyright holders.
2. Infringement Notification Procedure
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on xtremeass.com without authorization, send a written notice to 📧 DMC@xtremeass.com including:
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work
- Direct URL of the infringing content
- Your contact information
- A good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- A sworn declaration of accuracy and authority
- Your full name and electronic/physical signature
3. Voluntary Content Removal
We will promptly remove or disable access to reported content upon valid notice, and may notify the uploader for response.
4. Third-Party Embedded Content
xtremeass.com embeds videos from third-party platforms (e.g., Pornhub, XVideos) and does not host them. For full removal, contact the original hosting platform.
5. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to 📧 DMC@xtremeass.com with:
- URL of the removed content
- A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury
- Your full name, address, and signature
- Agreement to jurisdiction in the complainant’s or your own country if outside Panama
6. Important Notices
We may block repeat offenders or permanently remove content without notice. Incomplete or abusive notices may be ignored.
